Head of HR Department

Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee and perform all HR functions, including but not limited to, onboarding/offboarding, performance review management, conducting 1:1 meetings, and HRM system management. 
  • Develop and implement new HR initiatives to strengthen corporate culture. 
  • Align HR processes with business objectives and needs. 
  • Implement HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives. 
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs. 
  • Optimize and work with actual internal products and services. 
  • Develop and monitor HR budgets and resource allocation. 
  • Advocate for the corporate culture and values, partnering with our leaders to help them effectively build and manage their teams. 
  • Together with the HR team and cross-functional group of experts, develop, upgrade, and roll out programs to support our teams, including benefits, performance, career development, and talent programs. 
  • Improve and boost the Employer Brand to meet the business targets. 
  • Conduct employee surveys, to measure satisfaction and employee engagement. 

Requirements: 

  • At least 3 years of proven experience as an HRD/Head of HR Department or in a similar strategic HR role in IT. 
  • Capability to translate business needs into effective HR strategies. 
  • Deep knowledge and practical experience with HR metrics. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Understanding of Recruitment process. 
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.  
  • Excellent presentation and engagement skills. 
  • Analytical, interpretative, and decision-making skills. 
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage between day-to-day requests and proactively drive a more strategic people agenda. 
  • English – Upper-Intermediate+.
