Project Manager

Required skills:

— work experience — 2+ years of Project Management;
— English level — Upper-Intermediate / Advance;
— understanding of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum);
— strong verbal & written communication skills;
— analytical mindset;
— ability to make crucial decisions under pressure;
— ability to delegate effectively;
— exceptional time management skills.

Will be a plus:

— proven practical leadership experience;
— exceptional customer service orientation and related skills;
— understanding of risk management;
— ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Daily responsibilities:

— technical team coordination (manage workload and properly allocate work efforts between team members, plan daily meetings, etc.);
— participation in daily meetings with the Client (а classical Agile approach is used);
— identify project issues and solve them among team members whenever possible;
— escalate larger problems/challenges to management with proposed solutions;
— conduct performance evaluation of project team members, provide employee performance feedback to TOP managers;
— be proactive and constructively suggesting the company’s processes improvements.
