Project Manager

Required skills:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate people.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results.
• Strong client-facing experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Practical experience of documenting the entire project life cycle (from project charter to project sign off);
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate for resources and manage project budgets.
• Experience creating and managing project status reports and burn reports.
• Advanced English level.

Responsibilities:
– Stakeholder Communication and Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Effectively communicate project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
– Project Management:
•Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Practical experience with both long-term and fixed scope/fixed time projects;
– Risk Management and Issue Resolution:
• Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize their impact on project delivery.
• Proactively address project issues and conflicts, working closely with team members and stakeholders to find timely and effective solutions.
– Budget and Resource Management:
• Monitor project budgets and resource allocations, ensuring projects are delivered within budget constraints.
• Optimize resource utilization and allocation to maximize project efficiency and effectiveness.
– Resource Negotiation:
• Negotiate for resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget allocations, to support project requirements and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management and department.
– Reporting and Analysis:
• Create and manage weekly status reports and burn reports, providing stakeholders with transparent insights into project progress, risks, and issues.
• Analyze project data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, proactively addressing potential roadblocks to project success.
