We are looking for a skilled Product Manager to join our team and work on a large-scale project in the Insurance domain. Our project it is a large system with deep business logic, including numerous internal modules, integrations with third-party services and payment providers. A significant part of the solutions was developed by the SoftHouseGpoup team from scratch — from idea to implementation.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager;
• Experience working with Tier-1 geo (Canada, Europe);
• Experience communicating with design, support, CRM, and development teams to implement product vision;
• Knowledge of operations management approaches and experience applying them in cross-functional teams;
• Expert in customer discovery and market research, with experience translating executive vision and business objectives into actionable product roadmaps;
• Proven experience in product roadmap planning and prioritization frameworks.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research: study market trends, competitors, and user needs;
• Product requirements management: formulate clear, understandable business and product requirements;
• Interact with design, marketing, development, and analytics departments to achieve the overall goal of product development;
• Performance Analysis: Identify key metrics to assess product performance, analyze data, and make informed decisions based on the results;
• Systematic competitor monitoring: Track competitors and their strategies, use market best practices.
