Our standard recruitment process consists of an Introductory Interview with the Recruiter, followed by a Hiring Managers’ Interview, a technical interview, and a Client interview. We believe in building long-term relationships with candidates and therefore provide feedback to them, offering guidance for personal and professional growth.
Required experience:
• 2+ years of experience as an IT recruiter;
• Good knowledge of the IT market and familiarity with different recruitment tools and approaches;
• Experience working with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Human Resource Management (HRM) software;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Good research and sourcing skills;
• Demonstrated ability in creative sourcing through multiple channels, such as web platforms and professional networks;
• Good written and spoken communications in English.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing the entire recruitment process;
• Collaborating with Hiring and Delivery Managers to compile consistent requirements;
• Developing and updating comprehensive job descriptions;
• Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs on appropriate channels;
• Sourcing and recruiting candidates using various platforms, such as databases and social media;
• Screening candidates’ CVs and job applications;
• Assessing applicants’ relevant experience and knowledge, professional and soft skills;
• Implementing and adhering to recruiting best practices;
• Maintaining and managing our candidates’ database.
