The company’s product portfolio includes a wide range of solutions that support identification, standardization, data management, and secure cloud-based information exchange. 

We are currently looking for a Product Manager based in Toronto, who will be working full-time from the office. Required: 

• At least 7 years of progressive experience in product management roles, with minimum 3 years in senior/lead positions 
• Experience in developing and executing product strategies tailored to a specific industry  
• Experience leading and mentoring product management teams (3+ direct reports) through full product development lifecycles 
• Strong collaboration skills with ability to align stakeholders including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams 
• Expert in customer discovery and market research, with experience translating executive vision and business objectives into actionable product roadmaps 
• Strong knowledge in financial modeling and business case development 
• Proven experience in product roadmap planning and prioritization frameworks

As a plus: 

• Experience with product-led growth strategies 
• Experience with Canadian market 
• Background in pricing strategy and monetization 
• Familiarity with emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, etc.) if relevant to your industry 
• This position is offered on a contract basis for an initial period of one year, with the possibility of extension.
