HR Manager (Vinnytsia only)

HR manages the relationship between employees and SoftHouse. It is a goal oriented, open-minded, proactive person who able to generate and implement ideas. He/she feels comfortable interacting and communicating with employees and all levels of internal staff, management and executives. The HR should have direct and consistent contact with our employees; it’s a type of person who can own the relationship. He/she builds trust with employees. At the same time, he/she helps shape and improve employee’s satisfaction with SoftHouse, corporate team spirit and overall relationship between our employees.

Skills required:
• 1+ year of experience in HR field;
• Proactivity and ability to work in a team;
• Empathy and strong listening skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Creative problem solving;
• Organized and schedule-driven;
• Willingness to be coached and to share ideas with the team;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Good written and spoken communications in English.

Responsibilities include:
• Contribute to creating a safe and comfortable work environment supporting trust and productivity;
• Manage employees’ experience and be truly in tune with what their needs or challenges that relate to their work to SoftHouse;
• Maintain and run HR processes;
• Cooperate closely with Office Manager to care for and improve the office environment;
• Own and execute (corporate) onboarding and offboarding of employees;
• Assist in arranging internal social events and team-buildings;
• Other tasks which supports employees, team and SoftHouse success.
