We are looking for a skilled UX/UI Designer who can actively contribute to creation of a new solution for one of the biggest world platforms that works with Data and Product Identification. It is a global organization that has been developing standards for effective communication in product and logistics for more than 40 years. The company’s product portfolio includes a wide range of solutions that support identification, standardization, data management, and secure cloud-based information exchange.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer;
• Proficient in the industry standard design tools, like Figm, ect. and ability to quickly get familiar with the new ones;
• Understanding the software development process and knowing your role in it;
• Ability to estimate your efforts and meet deadlines;
• Proven ability to translate complex ideas and business requirements into effective and visually appealing designs;
• Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously, attention to detail, enjoys pushing boundaries
• Ability to take a complex problem, distill it down, and create a simple yet elegant solution

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for interaction design, task flow, behavior, and navigation design — creating custom journeys, user flows, prototypes, and testing;
• Create interactive prototypes and layouts in Figma, ensuring a high level of usability and efficiency for end-users;
• Collaborate with business and other design teams to better their practice, approaches, and skills;
• Design within an established set of rules (patterns, guidelines, constraints, principles, etc.);
• Articulate user, business, or technical reasoning for design decisions.
